Here is a really delicious and easy Whole30 recipe that can be pretty much enjoyed at any meal… Chicken Salad.
This is probably a recipe that is everywhere but I’ll just go ahead and tell you what I use in mine:
- 8-10 oz chicken breast shredded
- 1/4 cup Whole30 Mayo
- 2 stalks of celery diced
- 1/2 apple (I used Honey Crisp)
- 1/3 cup grapes diced
- 1/4 cup walnuts diced
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
First I make the chicken in the crockpot by adding the chicken, water (enough to cover the chicken) and some poultry seasoning (optional). I cook on low for 4-6 hours until the chicken is fully cooked. Take the chicken out and shred with forks. Add above ingredients and stir… super easy and super delicious. Enjoy!!
